Service Description
Get ready for a workout that hits different. Private single session to avoid distraction. This isn’t your usual gym circuit — it’s a Stoic Workout. I built this approach by blending stoic principles with real training so you’re working the body, the mind, and the inner voice all at once. You’ll warm up fast, move into a full-body session that runs about 20 minutes, then jump into boxing. You’ll get a quick lesson, pad work, and finish with three solid 3-minute rounds that push your focus and stamina. When that’s done, we slow everything down. Lights dim, you hit the mat, and I guide you through 10–15 minutes of meditation that leaves you tired in the best way — calm, centered, and fully reset.
